On October 8, 2010 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hi Bob & Archive.org curators,
In verbal discussion with morst on September 12, 2010, Bob Vennum agreed that The BellRays would like to have their fan-made live concert recordings available as downloads and streaming, for free non-commercial use.
Please note, the optimal capitalization of the band's name has BellRays as a single word, with capital letters B & R.
